Raised in Cincinnati, Paul has called north Texas home for the past thirty odd years. (No, not odd because I live in Texas.) He lives with his wife and they are raising their two great grandsons. Are they great! Of course. Do they keep me young? Ask my cardiologist, pulmonologist, urologist, orthopedic surgeon, and others. Get the message? Oh, yeah. We also have two Shelties and a seal-point cat. Too many pets? Can't convince my wife of that.
Paul started writing as a dare. He and his wife watched the television series Revolution which aired from 2012–2014. The show offered many inconsistencies that Paul pointed out to his wife as the series unfolded. His constant questions and comments like "Why didn't they do ...", "Are you kidding me.", "Oh, not that again.", made his wife say, "If you think you can do any better, why don't you write one?
In his earlier life, he worked as an accountant for the government, an income tax preparer, a graphic designer, an internet marketing coach (before there was a Google), a website designer and a restaurant manager. His mantra through the years is, "I don't know what I want to be when I grow up."
Because he's dyslexic and has attention deficit disorder, he's always hated to read and write. But his vivid imagination and problem solving skills are what his characters need to survive.
