What is a Coach?
A coach is a combination of the following:
- partner
- best friend
- trainer
- confidant
- cheerleader
- motivator and
- strategic planner.
Coaches provide the tools, structure and ongoing support
to set better goals and achieve them.
Coaching clients are not inexperienced in life or business. On the contrary, they are
usually successful but not as successful as they would like to be. Many find that even
though they are successful, they feel that something is missing in their lives. A coach
helps his clients develop a balanced life so that they are successful in every area, not
just in their career. I help my clients maximize their strengths and minimize the
areas where they are not as strong.
